These 8 x 10" flush cut foam pouches are formed from 1/8" thick anti-static polyethylene air foam, heat-sealed on three sides to create a clean open-top pouch. The anti-static formulation dissipates electrostatic charge, making them appropriate for handling components and assemblies that are sensitive to static discharge.
The non-abrasive foam surface guards finished surfaces, coatings, and delicate parts from scratches and scuffs during storage or transit. Flush cut edges eliminate excess material at the opening, allowing fast, consistent insertion and retrieval during high-volume pack-out. These pouches are well-suited for electronics distribution, kitting operations, light manufacturing, and retail fulfillment where both static control and surface protection are needed.
