These 2 x 4 inch flat poly bags are manufactured from 100% virgin polyethylene film at a 4 mil thickness, delivering a puncture-resistant barrier that outperforms standard 1 and 2 mil gauges against tearing and sharp-edged contents. The open-top flat design keeps packaging lines lean while providing dependable individual protection for small components and parts.

FDA and USDA compliance makes these bags suitable for food-contact environments as well as industrial and commercial settings. They are commonly used in pharmaceutical sample packaging, hardware and fastener sorting, jewelry and retail presentation, and light manufacturing kitting operations where a compact, transparent enclosure is needed.
