These 22 x 24 inch flat poly bags are made from 100% virgin polyethylene film at a 4 mil thickness, producing a puncture-resistant, moisture-blocking barrier with consistent clarity and film integrity throughout each case.

The 4 mil gauge makes these bags a practical choice where standard 1 or 2 mil film falls short — including parts packaging in light manufacturing, textile and apparel bagging, hardware and fastener containment, and food-adjacent applications where FDA and USDA compliance is required. The open-end, flat configuration accommodates irregular shapes and varied product dimensions without pre-formed structure limiting fit.

Bags are compatible with twist ties, bag tape, and impulse sealers, allowing facilities to match closure method to their existing equipment and throughput. Each case contains 200 bags at an approximate case weight of 26.38 lbs.
